Robsack Wood Primary Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Ofsted graded Outstanding Nursery. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education for children from 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences for children, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and delivery of educational programs, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all children.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and partnership working.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in early years education and care.
