We are currently looking for a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our Alternative Provision Team.
In this role, you will work under supervision to implement tailored work programs for individuals or groups, focusing on those who may require specialized knowledge in specific areas, particularly in behavior management. You will provide expert assistance to students identified as needing behavioral support and those with additional educational requirements, as well as offering in-class support for all students as directed.
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong, positive relationships with students
- Resilience and experience in delivering educational support with effective discipline
- Enthusiasm, presence, and authority with a proactive attitude
- Highly organized, motivated, and driven to achieve success
- Capability to assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors
- Collaborative team member who ensures consistent and constructive feedback regarding students
