Pro-rated Salary: £21,136 annually

Salaries are distributed in 12 equal monthly payments.

We are currently in search of a Behavioral Support Facilitator to become a vital member of our Alternative Provision Team.

Under supervision, you will execute educational programs for individuals or groups, which may involve specialized knowledge in specific areas, particularly in behavior management. You will offer expert assistance to students identified as needing behavioral support and those with additional educational requirements, as well as providing in-class support for all students as directed.

We are looking for an individual who:

Can establish strong, positive connections with students Demonstrates resilience and has experience in delivering educational support with effective discipline Exhibits enthusiasm, presence, and authority with a proactive, can-do mindset Is exceptionally organized, motivated, and determined to achieve success Is capable of assisting students who display challenging behaviors Functions as a collaborative team member, ensuring consistent and constructive feedback regarding students
