Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of our IT services, including support, infrastructure, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy and Service Delivery Management: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • IT Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Telephony Management: Manage our telephony systems, ensuring efficient and effective communication within the organization.
  • Programme and Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Business Continuity Planning: Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations in the event of an outage or disaster.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement of IT goods and services, ensuring value for money and compliance with our procurement policies.
  • Group IT Management and Budget Management: Oversee the management of our IT budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.

Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge: Detailed technical knowledge of IT infrastructure implementation, Microsoft operating platforms, and security technologies/threats.
  • Experience: Solid experience of managing an IT service or infrastructure operation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation, MCSE, Prince2, and a degree or equivalent.
