Mental Health Practitioner

The Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a dynamic and enthusiastic professional, you will work closely with children and young people who are open to the Youth Justice Service, providing support and guidance to help them lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans and recovery plans to support young people with complex health presentations.
- Work in partnership with carers, families, and partner agencies to facilitate care and support.
- Assess, plan, and implement care, providing specialist advice and interventions as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and students, and act as a mentor for students.
