We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MSK Clinician to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality musculoskeletal care to patients, including those with complex presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake highly skilled musculoskeletal assessments and develop treatment plans as an autonomous practitioner.
- Supervise, teach, and appraise senior, junior, and rehabilitation assistants, physiotherapy students, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Deputise for the Team Leader as required.
- Contribute to service development for the department, trust, and profession.
- Complete tasks assigned or delegated by the team lead in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise, initiate, and participate in evidence-based projects, assist in implementing changes within designated teams or areas, and set and monitor standards of practice.
