Position Overview:

  • Oversee staff in Adult Protective Services, delivering social, health, economic, and emotional assistance to individuals and families in need.
  • Provide training, leadership, and oversight for case management services.
  • Assess social service initiatives and financial plans.
  • Guarantee program effectiveness and adherence to established policies.
  • Offer guidance and supervision to social work professionals.
  • Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, along with relevant experience and understanding of human services programs and casework supervision.
  • Significant experience in Adult Protective Services programs and training.
  • Proficiency in using a personal computer and operating a motor vehicle.
  • Capability to organize and manage work tasks, communicate efficiently, and mentor junior staff.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, BSW or MSW degree.
  • Special Requirements: Background checks including Criminal History, Central Registry, DMV record check, and fingerprinting.
