Opportunity for an HR Administrative Specialist
We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a skilled administrator to become part of our HR Business Improvement Team. This position will enable you to leverage and enhance your administrative and customer service expertise while supporting various initiatives and daily functions.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity with a strong focus on customer service is required.
- Capability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals both within and outside the HR division.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a strong proficiency in addressing inquiries through multiple channels.
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can bring forth innovative ideas and suggestions for ongoing enhancement. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a robust customer-centric approach, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries. While prior experience in HR is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as comprehensive training will be provided.
