Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  2. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with corporate colleagues and teams to support the operational services and drive business results.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze and identify trends and potential solutions in all areas of performance, and present reports at meetings and committees.
  4. Intervention Coordination: Coordinate and deliver interventions to improve performance in areas such as absence management, recruitment and retention, appraisals, and statutory and mandatory training.
  5. Workforce Strategy: Contribute to the development and delivery of the Workforce strategy and associated HR plans.
  6. Portfolio Leadership: Lead on a designated portfolio and lead working groups in areas such as change management, talent development, and organizational design.
  7. Change Management: Support and advise managers with scoping and delivering complex change management programs.
  8. HR Advice: Provide professional specialist HR advice, ensuring employment legislation is adhered to and our HR policies and procedures are followed.
  9. Team Management: Manage the HR team, ensuring timely delivery of HR transactional functions, including recruitment activities and management of sickness absence cases and employee relation cases.
  10. Learning and Development: Understand the learning and development needs for our clients and stakeholders, and work with our Learning and Development Lead to develop and implement training programs.
  11. Employee Relations: Support employee relation panels and undertake/support highly complex employee relation investigations.
  12. Senior Leadership: Contribute to the Senior Leadership Agenda, facilitating workshops and developing and presenting information to Senior Leaders as required.
  13. Audit and Survey Development: Develop audits and surveys as required for our services.
