This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the next step in their career by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as bringing key skills required to support the Head of Human Resources to plan the strategic delivery of the People Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively support the delivery of HR processes, including performance management, training, people development, and recruitment.

• Provide hands-on support and be willing to take on additional projects and areas as required.

• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, driving effective communication and collaboration.

• Drive succession planning for key talent and strategic roles, ensuring the organization's future success.

• Work closely with the Head of HR to implement the People Plan across the business, driving cultural change and improvement.
