FTC HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our Directors, Deputy and Associate Directors, Regional Heads, and Heads of Service to provide professional, specialist, and comprehensive HR advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
- Recruitment and selection, equality and diversity, and pay (including job evaluation)
- Provide HR advice and support, including advising on complex employee relation cases
- Manage or coach the HR team and matrix manage the wider HROD team as needed
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the public sector or healthcare setting
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Proficiency in HR management software
- Understanding of strategic business goals and objectives
- A competitive salary between £50,000 - £58,000 (DOE)
