We are seeking a Trainee HR Administrator to join our small friendly team on a part-time basis with potential to go full-time.

**Role Overview:**

We are looking for an office-based trainee HR administrator to assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This can include a variety of administrative tasks, supporting senior HR professionals, and gaining hands-on experience in different HR areas such as employee relations, training and development, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Main contact for HR inquiries.
  • Maintaining client records and HR databases.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR documents.
  • Managing HR-related queries and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Assisting in organising training sessions and workshops.
  • Tracking employee training records and participation.
  • Helping to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Accuracy is crucial when handling client records and HR documents.
  • A basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information is a key responsibility.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is often required.
  • Being approachable and able to work well in a small team.
