Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

Operational Excellence

Collaborate with our corporate colleagues and teams to support the operational services and drive business results.

Performance Analysis

Analyze and identify trends and potential solutions in all areas of performance, and develop reports to present to senior leaders.

Intervention Coordination

Coordinate and deliver interventions to improve performance in areas such as absence management, recruitment & retention, appraisals, and statutory & mandatory training.

Workforce Strategy

Contribute to the development and delivery of the Workforce strategy and associated HR plans.

Leadership and Development

Lead working groups and support employee relation panels, and undertake/support highly complex employee relation investigations.

HR Management

Manage the HR team, ensuring timely delivery of HR transactional functions, including recruitment activities and management of sickness absence cases and employee relation cases.

Learning and Development

Understand the learning & development needs for the region and work with the Learning & Development Lead to develop and implement training programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
