Job Title: HR Business Partner

Venn Group is partnering with a leading organization in the North-East region to find a skilled HR Business Partner. This is a full-time opportunity that requires NHS or Local Authority experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Directors, Deputy Directors, and Associate Directors to ensure effective HR delivery within the designated region.
  2. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Produce and present reports at meetings and committees, monitoring performance against People metrics, identifying trends, and suggesting solutions.
  3. Intervention and Improvement: Coordinate and deliver interventions to enhance performance in areas such as absence management, recruitment and retention, appraisals, and statutory and mandatory training.
  4. Workforce Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development and delivery of the Workforce strategy and associated HR plans.
  5. Change Management: Support and advise managers on complex change management programs.
  6. HR Advice and Guidance: Provide professional specialist HR advice, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Spectrum's HR policies and procedures.
  7. HR Team Management: Manage the HR team, ensuring timely delivery of HR transactional functions, including recruitment activities and management of sickness absence cases and employee relation cases.
  8. Learning and Development: Understand the learning and development needs for the region and work with the Learning and Development Lead to identify annual training needs.
  9. Employee Relations: Support employee relation panels and undertake complex employee relation investigations.
  10. Audits and Surveys: Develop audits and surveys as required for the service.
