Job Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Directors, Deputy and Associate Directors, Regional Heads and Heads of Service in their HR-related activities. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management. You will also be responsible for recruitment and selection, equality and diversity, and pay, including job evaluation. Additionally, you will provide professional, specialist, and comprehensive HR advice and support, including advising on complex employee relation cases. You will also manage or coach the HR team and matrix manage the wider HROD team from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
  • Recruitment and selection, equality and diversity, and pay, including job evaluation
  • Provide professional, specialist, and comprehensive HR advice and support
  • Manage or coach the HR team and matrix manage the wider HROD team

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the public sector or healthcare setting
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong employee relations knowledge
