About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior International Account Manager to join our team at Henson Recruitment. As a Senior International Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth agenda across a strong European portfolio, with a focus on the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth agenda across a strong European portfolio, with a focus on the APAC market
  • Build excellent relationships and customer plans that align with their own ambitions
  • Work closely with distribution partners to understand and develop key areas of focus across retailers, shoppers, trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Manage a team of dynamic and driven individuals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • International channel development experience working for a high-performing UK FMCG brand
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Experience of brand growth and developing a team of dynamic and driven individuals
  • Be inquisitive and curious with new international opportunities
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work under pressure
  • Cross-culturally aware when working with different regions
  • Good access to the Berks/Bucks region 2 days a week
  • Degree educated
