Position Overview:

The role involves providing strategic guidance and managing digital communication platforms to effectively convey the initiatives and messages of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate a comprehensive digital communication strategy and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.

2. Offer expert advice on social media trends and best practices to the leadership team.

3. Utilize social media channels to amplify the messages and activities of the leadership team.

4. Develop, manage, and update the official blog to enhance online presence.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital engagement and visibility.

6. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to continually refine social media strategies.

7. Attend relevant events to capture content and promote initiatives through social media.

8. Provide regular updates on social media performance and address any pertinent issues with the communications team.

Essential Experience Required:

1. Proven experience as a social media expert with a deep understanding of major platforms.

2. Strong knowledge of algorithms and search engine optimization techniques.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere.

4. Experience in video production and editing.

Essential Qualifications Required:

1. A foundational level of educational qualification is necessary.

2. NCTJ qualification is a plus.

Additional Information:

1. Standard working hours: 35 hours per week.

This position is focused on enhancing digital communication efforts and engaging with the community through effective social media strategies.
