Position Overview:

The role involves providing guidance and managing digital communication platforms to enhance the visibility and messaging of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate a comprehensive digital communication strategy and curate engaging content for the organization's social media profiles to execute that strategy.

2. Offer expert advice on all aspects of digital communication to the management team.

3. Utilize various social media platforms to disseminate key messages and activities effectively.

4. Develop, maintain, and refine the organizational blog to ensure it aligns with communication goals.

5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance the organization's online presence.

6. Employ performance indicators and analytics to continually enhance the reach and interaction of social media channels.

7. Attend relevant events to capture imagery and promote content across social media platforms.

8. Provide regular updates on social media performance and address any pertinent issues with the management team.

Essential Experience Required:

1. Proven experience as a digital communication specialist with a deep understanding of major social media platforms.

2. Strong knowledge of algorithms and search engine optimization techniques.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere.

4. Experience in video production and editing is crucial.

Essential Qualifications Required:

1. A relevant educational qualification is required.

2. NCTJ qualification is preferred.

Additional Information:

1. Working hours: 35 hours per week.
