Requirements:

  • Demonstrated education at RQF Level 2 or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Ability to challenge bureaucratic processes and advocate for the rights of young individuals.
  • Understanding of anti-discriminatory practices to ensure an inclusive environment.
