Telesales Advisor

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We are seeking a Telesales Advisor to join our team at Pertemps SSDC - DDT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 150 outbound sales calls per day using an automated dialler.
  • Build rapport with customers and create personalized offers that meet their needs.
  • Achieve daily sales targets of 6-10 sales (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 12 months of experience in targeted phone sales within the last 3 years (or equivalent experience in a Call Centre or Retail Sales background).
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
  • Comfortable working remotely and exceeding targets while following process and compliance.
