We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Usay Compare, the UK's market leading comparison service for health insurance, life insurance and income protection.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our clients, using our advanced quotation system to find out their wants and needs and affordable monthly budget.

As a Sales Executive, you will be tasked with overcoming objections by highlighting the features and benefits of our wide range of products and excellent service, converting leads into sales and meeting KPI expectations.

We offer a guaranteed basic salary of £35,000 per annum, uncapped commission structure with high OTE £70,000 to £100,000, regular bonuses and performance incentives, full in-house training programme and continued training and development.

About the Sales Executive role:

Our Sales Executives need to be hard working, money driven and professional individuals who want to provide a high-quality service. We provide an advisory service to our clients, so we can make recommendations on the insurance providers and their policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a consultative service to clients, ensuring their best interests are met
  • Using our advanced quotation system to find out client's wants and needs and affordable monthly budget
  • Overcoming objections by highlighting features and benefits of our products and service
  • Converting leads into sales and meeting KPI expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling Private Medical Insurance/other insurance products is desirable
  • Someone with previous sales experience within a high-volume telesales role with the drive to work with and convert warm leads
  • Someone with excellent communication skills, including questioning and listening at all times
  • Someone with the ability to learn and pick up product knowledge and use it to provide best advice
