Job Title: Sales Development Manager (6 months of Sales experience - must be B2B, ideally within Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS)
Salary: £40k basic, £100k with OTE/Commission

Our client are a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP), empowering businesses across field service, transport & logistics, and retail with innovative IT solutions and support. We enable our clients to focus on their core goals by providing reliable software, hardware, services, and connectivity. They're now looking for a Sales Development Manager.
Sales Development Manager Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £40k
- Additional OTE/commission taking your total earnings to a potential £100k

Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, they'll employ a consultative approach with their customers and restaurants as the face and mouthpiece of the company's prestigious brand. You'll enjoy an autonomous role in which you decide your own progression based on your strengths and interests.
Sales Development Manager Role:
- This is a purely new business role - working closely with and reporting into the Marketing Director and Founder
- Employ creative outbound tactics to drive activity - generating leads yourself, as well as progressing warm and marketing generated leads
- Use various channels to secure meets and conversations - the phone, email, social and more
- Qualify leads through engaging discovery conversations
- Secure high qualifty meets for the sales team
- Take the lead on outbound strategy - you'll be responsible for driving this with the business
- Seamlessly handover any qualified leads and meets to the sales and marketing team
Sales Development Manager Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- 6 months of Sales experience is a must. Must be B2B, ideally within Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Confident with good presentation skills
- Driving licence preferred
- A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
