The Role as an Area Manager:
- Manage multiple locations effectively, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance across all sites.
- Take charge of profit and loss management, budgeting, sales forecasting, and other important performance indicators to drive financial success and make strategic decisions.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with head office and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and overall company success.
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results in service, standards, and operational excellence.
- Implement effective recruitment practices to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, focusing on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Support company events, local marketing initiatives, and celebrate successes to contribute to positive brand image and growth.
- Develop and influence your team at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development.
About you:
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets across all stores in the area
- Ensure all stores adhere to high visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines, enhancing product presentation and customer engagement.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability to drive sales success.
- Provide ongoing training and support to store teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service to enhance overall selling capabilities.
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimise store performance.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty, ensuring exceptional service that drives repeat business and increases sales.
