- Job detailsDo you have Internal Telesales experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a battery distribution company find a full-time Internal Telesales Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
**In your first few weeks in this Internal Telesales role, you can expect to**:
- Make outbound business-to-business telephone calls to generate new business sales
- Manage existing customer accounts by maintaining regular communication, upselling additional products, and providing a high level of customer service
- Process orders and prepare quotations
- Work closely with external sales managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attitude to succeed with a high enthusiasm to learn and develop within the job role
- Experienced sales negotiation skills
- Target focussed with good commercial experience
