Technical Telesales Representative Bristol (Onsite)
I am looking for a Technical Telesales Representative to join their knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities – Technical Telesales Representative
Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to technical sales.
To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required.
Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements – Technical Telesales Representative
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the CNC or engineering supplies industry.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications.
Customer Management System experience
