Sales Administrator

**SWEMKO UK is looking for an Sales Administrator to work in a successful family business.**
We are currently seeking an office sales administrator to help with the day to day running of the engineering company based in Brislington, looking after areas of our office administration and sales, including; answering telephones, processing delivery notes, telephone sales, processing sales invoices and other roles.
**Job Requirements**
- Experience and a willingness to learn required.
- Enthusiastic attitude to work and flexibility.
- Basic computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of Sage/Accounting software is beneficial but not necessary
**Responsibilities**:
- Working as part of a dedicated strong office based team.
- Sales calls and speaking with customers.
- Learning and taking on several jobs.
- Varied tasks throughout the working day.
- Working with both suppliers and customers
You will be working a 37 hour week from Monday to Friday with hours 08:30 till 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 16:00 on Friday.
