Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven B2B Business Development Consultant to join our team at Luton Bennett in Central Bristol. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through exceptional sales skills and strategies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales or telesales, with experience in selling recruitment services to manufacturing and engineering businesses. You will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers via phone, email, and other platforms to sell our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contacting new and existing customers to sell our recruitment services;
  2. Utilizing sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and drive business growth;
  3. Maintaining relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  4. Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business-to-business sales or telesales;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets;
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its challenges;
  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package including:

  • A salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience;
  • Uncapped commission based on individual performance;
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and extra holiday days won;
