Business Growth Executive

A Business Growth Executive - B2B Awards is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales with experience in event sales. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The Role
As the Business Growth Executive - B2B Awards, you will be responsible for securing entries for our awards, selling key sponsorships, and managing table and seat bookings. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and client agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure award entries, sponsorships, and table/seat bookings for our UK and US award ceremonies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with industry decision-makers
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorships and client agreements
