Job Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking ICT professional to lead the delivery and implementation of our ICT, Digital and Data strategies.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of ICT services, drive digital innovation projects, and manage a team of ICT professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and implementation of ICT, Digital and Data strategies
  • Oversee the delivery of ICT services, ensuring they are efficient and effective
  • Drive digital innovation projects to deliver best-in-class services to residents and partners
  • Manage and inspire a team of ICT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ICT and digital leadership, preferably within a local government or public sector environment
  • Strong understanding of digital innovation and the ability to drive change
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex ICT projects on time and within budget
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant qualifications in ICT, digital technologies, or a related field
