Exciting Opportunity for a Recruitment Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Director to join our team at Elliot Marsh Head Hunting Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing a new permanent recruitment division.

About the Role

The successful candidate will define and lead the strategic direction for our new permanent recruitment division. You will work closely with our Managing Director to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy, identifying new business opportunities and building key relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and delivery
  • Lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding
  • Proven experience in managing key relationships, both client and candidate-side
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively
  • A self-driven and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth
