About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Support Officer to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team at Roke, a leading technology and engineering company. As a key member of our PMO team, you will play a vital role in driving the balance between customer needs and delivering strong financial and delivery performance for our National Security Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver defined PMO services to enable the Business Unit, including delivery management support, tracking and monitoring of cross-project dependencies, bid management support, and policy and process conformance.
  • Coordinate the production of reports to support governance, by collating, analysing, evaluating, and manipulating data, records, and other information.
  • Provide education, training, and first-line support on agreed P3M procedures, processes, and tools.
  • Support senior management in championing and embedding P3M practices across the organisation.
  • Lead on the development and socialisation of the PMO service catalogue for the Business Unit.
  • Support the wider team in a mentoring capacity.
Requirements
  • Experience driving the development of PMO processes through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation, rollout, and benefits realisation.
  • Experience working within a busy PMO or project delivery environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
