Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PMO Services: Provide defined PMO services to enable our Business Unit, including delivery management support, tracking and monitoring of cross-project dependencies, bid management support, policy and process conformance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Coordinate the production of reports to support governance, by collating, analyzing, evaluating, and manipulating data, records, and other information.
  • Education and Training: Provide education, training, and first-line support on agreed P3M procedures, processes, and tools.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Support senior management in championing and embedding P3M practices across the organization, and lead on the development and socialization of the PMO service catalogue for the Business Unit.
  • Mentoring and Support: Support the wider team in a mentoring capacity.

Requirements:

  • PMO Experience: Experience driving the development of PMO processes through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation, rollout, and benefits realization.
  • Project Delivery: Experience working within a busy PMO or project delivery environment.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
