Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Optimising the Business Operations function by delivering activities and projects that support the efficient achievement of our strategy and objectives.
* Supporting the Defence Business Unit to communicate its strategy, report progress, and measure its outcomes in achieving long-term customer success and growth.
* Defining and controlling processes to proactively meet the demands of the Roke business calendar, ensuring the Defence Business Unit meets the reporting demands placed upon it throughout the year.
In addition, you will provide key support to the Business Unit Director and the wider Business Unit Senior Leadership Team in the definition and execution of strategic priorities and initiatives. You will also drive business Governance focus into areas as identified by Business Unit leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience driving the development of Business Operations processes, working within a busy Business Operations environment, and using available resources to deliver a clear set of business outcomes. You will also need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
