About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our delivery teams and drive the successful execution of high-profile projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sponsors, and vendors, to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and Technical Assurers to ensure the quality of our projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience of Agile methodologies in delivery, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Qualifications: Degree-level qualifications or equivalent demonstrable experience.
