Salary: £100,000 per annum

Job Summary:

Hawksworth is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead the implementation of our SAP S/4HANA finance platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, financial services, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA finance platform
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project progress

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management
  • Financial services experience, preferably in insurance
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience
  • Experience facilitating workshops and meetings
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have:

  • Insurance domain knowledge
