Agile Project Manager

Our client, a leading consultancy in the Defence and National Security Sector, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional agile development teams through the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, processes, and policies for all projects.
- Determine and maintain overall team velocity and capacity.
- Track and report on agile development team performance metrics.
- Experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role within a Defence/National Security environment.
- Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent.
- Experience of managing multiple agile development teams.
- Experience leading and coaching teams through all stages of the product lifecycle.
This is a hybrid-based role with a minimum of 2 days per week on site, but you must be prepared to travel up to 4 days per week UK wide.
