PMO Role

RGF Staffing UK Limited is seeking a dynamic PMO professional to join their team in London. This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to ensure smooth project setup and compliance with IT project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain project repositories, data entries, and quality data to ensure PDF compliance.
  • Produce project reports and status updates that are timely, accurate, and effectively communicated.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track minutes, and actions to ensure project progress.
  • Capture and track risks, issues, and lessons learned to inform future project delivery.
  • Onboard new Project Managers to the Project Delivery Framework and ensure they understand Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Effectively utilize tools like Microsoft Office, PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Project Delivery Framework and ability to apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with PMs, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to produce high-quality project reports and status updates.
  • Experience with project management tools and templates.
