Job Title: Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects within our dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate complex projects, breaking down requirements into manageable tasks and ensuring clear understanding across different stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies between project components and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.
  • Adjust project methodology used according to business needs and help develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
  • Manage projects in a prioritized way that aligns with the timeline and budget, providing feedback, advice, and project updates to team members.
  • Facilitate the completion of projects by coordinating the activities of the entire team and training and coaching organization on project management.
  • Resolve complex project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements, ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documents are maintained appropriately.
  • Facilitate company priorities selection through OKRs or similar tactical planning activities and actively evaluate operational procedures to ensure business functions effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in different industries.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Experience in transforming teams to start using an agile or lean mindset and applying the needed methods.
  • Experience working with mature, senior, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experienced in coaching teams on the agile/lean mindset, deepening knowledge together.
  • History working in different industries run by agile and lean principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced and complex environments.
  • Deeply experienced working with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work between Europe and USA hours.
Nice to Have:
  • Agile Programme Management certified (e.g., CSM, PMI-APC, APMG).
  • Experience with Clickup.
Hiring Process:
