We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Director to lead our Digital Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of large-scale change projects, leveraging agile methodologies to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project outcomes, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Executive Sponsors, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Partner with Heads of Change & Transformation Delivery to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within budget and timeline.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset, driving process improvements and best practices across the organization.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Digital transformation projects, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
- Expertise in agile project management methodologies, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Executive Sponsors and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Knowledge of the healthcare Insurance market is an advantage, but not essential.
