DataCareers is seeking an Agile Project Facilitator for a pivotal 6-month contract within a leading global IT Consultancy. This role involves collaboration with a client in the financial services domain, focusing on a significant and high-stakes project.
This contract has been classified as inside IR35, and candidates with valid SC Clearance are preferred due to the sensitive nature of the work environment. If SC Clearance is not currently held, candidates must be prepared to undergo the necessary clearance process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the progress of project plans, ensuring adherence to the defined completion criteria, while facilitating the resolution of obstacles and escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist in backlog refinement by working closely with senior management and stakeholders across the Data Portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders to synchronize expectations and priorities, establishing a feedback mechanism to address user needs effectively.
- Encourage a culture of continuous delivery, emphasizing quality assurance and innovative user experience practices, while coordinating release schedules and planning essential activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, including the execution of scrum events, iterative development processes, and effective use of user stories, estimations, Jira, and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
- Maintain project operations within the established financial parameters.
