About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Speech and Language Therapy team at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Speech and Language Therapy team, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Deal with telephone calls and enquiries, responding to queries and providing information as required.
  • Use RIO patient-held records to manage patient information and update records as necessary.
  • Produce communication booklets and other SLT materials for clients, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Update all patient-related leaflets and handouts, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and providing input as required.
  • Work flexibly in response to service needs across multiple sites, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
