Role Overview:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering guidance, addressing inquiries, and delivering tailored service. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and support customers as they enter the store, providing expert guidance and product suggestions.
  • Share comprehensive information regarding products, services, and promotions to empower customers in making informed choices.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and assist customers throughout their purchasing experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and tackle any issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet store objectives by actively promoting products and upselling when suitable.
  • Assist with inventory oversight, including restocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays.
  • Manage the cash register and ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide the highest level of service.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure seamless store operations and a positive workplace culture.
