Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be working 42.5 hours per week and your mission is clear: to provide customers with an unparalleled service experience. You will be a trusted expert in our store, guiding golfers toward the right products and helping them achieve their golfing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing our proven sales process, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention through expert guidance and product knowledge.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
  • Contributing to a positive team dynamic and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

Your enthusiasm for the sport, coupled with your sales and retail experience, will set you up for success.
