Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CAMHS Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality mental health care to patients in a GP setting
  • To work collaboratively with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and patients to develop and implement effective care plans
  • To conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to patients with mental health needs
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
  • To participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
