CAMHS Senior Mental Health Practitioner for GP

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a CAMHS Senior Mental Health Practitioner for GP. This role will involve supporting the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists of the Postural Management Team to provide high-quality care to residents in nursing and residential care homes.
Main Responsibilities- To triage new referrals to the Postural Management Team and provide accurate feedback to the relevant therapist regarding interventions and any clinical observations.
- To demonstrate the ability to use therapy equipment competently and safely once training has been received.
- To provide administrative support to the Care Home Support Team and liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public.
- To undertake any administrative duties associated with the service as requested by the team.
- To work flexibly in response to service need across our multiple sites.

- Essential criteria:
- GCSE standard in English and Maths as a minimum.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- NVQ 3 in relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel.
- Desirable criteria:
- NVQ Level 4 in relevant subject.
