About the Role:

Pertemps Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMHS Psychiatrist Specialist to join our team on a locum basis. As a Consultant CAMHS Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist psychiatric services to children and adolescents in the inpatient CAMHS Team
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and adolescents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and guidelines in CAMHS psychiatry

Requirements:

  • Hold a GMC Licence to Practice with Specialist Registration
  • Right to work in the UK and minimum 6 months UK experience
  • Section 12 and AC status (desirable)
