Michael Page Logistics is collaborating with a reputable client to recruit a Service Operations Coordinator.
Company Background
Our client specializes in the supply and maintenance of a fleet of high-end vehicles. You will be stationed at the Petersfield depot, becoming part of a cohesive, skilled, and expanding team.
Role Responsibilities
Due to ongoing expansion, our client is seeking a new Service Operations Coordinator who will serve as the essential link between our clients and the Specialized Service Technicians.
The workshop is thriving and necessitates a committed team member to assist with various administrative functions.
- Organize and oversee office operations
- Source components from both new and existing suppliers
- Accurately document part numbers associated with specific tasks
- Maintain the inventory of stock in the stores
- Receive shipments and organize them in the storage area
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
The ideal candidate will reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the site and possess relevant experience in general administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
While experience in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or leasing sectors is preferred, other backgrounds will also be considered. You should be comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and possess strong communication skills.
Excellent administrative capabilities, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. The ability to work independently and a good level of computer proficiency are also required.
