HR Business Partner Role

Reed HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client in Camberley. This is an office-based role where you will be instrumental in providing generalist HR support and driving HR initiatives that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner: Offer insights and HR solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Manage HR Functions: Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop HR Policies: Ensure best practices through the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide Guidance: Support employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop employees through talent management efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR Team: Deliver training and development programs.
  • Improve HR Systems: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: As an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong Understanding: Of HR functions and best practices.
  • CIPD Qualified: CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Excellent Communication: And interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work: Strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Effective Problem-Solving: And decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR Software: And Microsoft Office Suite.
