The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and growing business, working together to provide efficient and effective support across all areas of HR to employees and managers. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers, including answering queries, finding solutions, and pointing them in the right direction.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including writing and posting job adverts, managing responses, and sending interview details.
  • Creating and managing employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate information and organisational structure at all times.
  • Providing and updating HR files and reports, using the HRIS, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Updating and maintaining company policies in line with current legislation.
  • Maintaining company compliance with the right to work in the UK and supporting the 1st day induction process.
  • Providing accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary, and benefits.
  • Producing and updating employment contracts and variation letters.
  • Preparing and producing pay increase letters.
  • Recording and monitoring all absence, supporting with exit interviews, return to work meetings, etc.
  • Supporting with various acquisition projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR and people. Salary will be £25-30k depending on experience. Some previous experience of working in a busy HR department in a UK-based company is essential or a HR graduate who can work at pace and has a desire to learn and do a great job. Opportunity to study CIPD too.
