Finance Business Partner

A dynamic and growing SME is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join its team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role presents a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of PowerBI and develop dashboard reporting for 2 legal entities.

About the Role

This position requires a strong business acumen and a natural curiosity to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of consumer-based business models and be able to collaborate with budget holders to determine their reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of PowerBI and develop dashboard reporting for 2 legal entities
  • Conduct daily analysis of sales conversions, customer conversion rates, and attrition rates
  • Collaborate with budget holders to determine their reporting needs and develop effective reporting frameworks
  • Work closely with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience
  • PowerBI implementation and set-up experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of facilitating a business partnering position
